1. Only original, unpublished poems may be submitted by the author. 2. Entry fee: $12.00 CDN. Up to Five poems may be submitted in each entry. Multiple entries are welcome, under separate cover or by separate e-mails. Payment must accompany submission. U.S. and international entries are most welcome accompanied by a money order in Canadian funds. (Sorry, we don’t have PayPal, etc.) 3. A 60-line maximum (including stanza breaks) per poem. Each poem must be on a separate page. 4. Blind submissions. Include cover letter with name, all contact info. including e-mail, and titles of poems, plus a short bio (5-10 lines). Do not include author info. on the individual poems! 5. Include SASE if you want results mailed to you. Manuscripts will not be returned. 6. Poems may be e-mailed to: langs@cranberrytreepress.com. Subject line: poetry contest submissions. Include cover letter in body of e-mail but poems as attachments with no author name in either file extension or on poems themselves (which we will print out.) That is: your cover letter will list the titles of your poems, and each attachment will be named by a poem title. (Maximum 5 per entry.) 7. Deadline for submissions is (postmarked) April 24, 2008. (This includes CHEQUES for on-line submissions.) 8. Most important: the prizes! First prize: $148 (CDN), Second prize: $108, and Third prize: $88. Twenty-five poems will be selected for the anthology and those authors will each receive a complimentary copy. Publication summer, 2008. 9.
